COMPARISON WITH LAST YE£R (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright). Received 1.30 p.m. to-day. OTTAWA, April 12. Wheat stocks were approximately 36,900.000 bushels, or 12 per cent., lower on Mardh 31 compared with a year ago. Gate, 'barley, rye and flax seed ranged from 16 to 64 per cent, lower.
