ALLEGED FORGERY OF STAMPS CONCEALMENT IN TRUNK POLES CHARGED AT LONDON (United Press .Association—By Electric Telegrapn Copyright. i Received 10.-50 a.m. to-dav. LONDON, April 12. Intercepted on their arrival at London from Holland, three, Poles named Tiwec, Popieleo and Najjarmk, were charged at Bow Street with being in possession of forged insurance stamps to the value of £44,700. In, evidence. Turee and Popielec denied the trunks containing the stamps were their,s, but the key was found in the lining of Turee’,s hat. The stamps, were found beneath a, cleverly concealed bottom tray. The accused were committed for trial.
