It is feared that Spain faces civil war as the result of the dissolution of the Confederation of Labour and the closing of the headquarters of the Socialist Youth movement. The Government lias' ordered the prosecution of associations planning revolutions. Panic-stricken householders are laying in provisions and bottling drinking water. At Orsene attempts were made to disorganise the electric light service. Agitators killed two police and a. bvstnnder with bombs.
