SOUTHLAND BOYS AND GIRLS, agricultural CLUB COMPETITION. For two years in succession a coinpetition has been held among the members of tbe Southland Boys and Girls Agricultural Clubs for porker and baeoner pigs. The Southland A. and P. Association, the Southland Frozen Meat Company Limited and the Fields Division of the Department of Agriculture have co-operated in the movement, and the Meat Producers’ Boar:.; has been able to render valuable assistance, enabling the exhibits to be shipped to London, specially displaced and judged. The results have been circulated to all the competitors in a, very attractive form, _ the judges, j Messrs Simons and Swain ol Lin pro Pork House, having presented each ol the bovs and girls with a souvenir folder containing large photograons of the competitive exhibits, and lull details of the judges’ markings, together with an explanation of the met lod or allocating points which will he higmy educative to members of the clults.
