APPARENT POISONING CASE. <Tiy h —Prp.*»« v WELLINGTON, March 9. Apparently suffering from the effects of poisoning, a- young woman, Miss Alice Taylor, was found in a room in C'oorper’s building, on the corner of Willis and Mercer Streets, about 8 o’clock this evening and died in hospital shortly after. Miss Taylor, who- was 21 years of age, resided on the Terrace. She was employed as a typist by a solicitor, whose offiee is situated, in Cooper’s building. It is understood she had been at Wellington about three years and that her home was at Auckland.
