The “Times’ ” Berlin correspondent says the Minister of Justice is recommending a revision of the penal code on Nazis lines. He suggests that future marriages between Germans and nonAryans be declared invalid and sexual relations with such persons punishable. lie also demands punishment fo’r “violation of racial honour,” such as German women publicly dancing with coloured persons.
