WELLINGTON, Sept. 29
The Arbitration Court has awarded Bertie Earl Lewer £399 11s Id, with £1 medical fee and £lO 10s costs in the action against the Wellington City Corporation for injuries received while in the corporation’s employ. He lost an eye and was otherwise hurt through an explosion which occurred in a tip. The judgment was by consent.
