SUMMERTIME EXTENSION
PROPOSAL OF NEW BILL (By Telegraph—Press Association.; WELLINGTON, Sept. 28. It is understood the Summer-time Amendment Bill which Mr R. MoKeen (Lab., Wellington South) intends to introduce in the House of Representawill propose increasing daylightsaving to one hour and extending the period during which it operates by several weeks.
