WELLINGTON, Sept. 26 It was announced at a meeting of the Wellington War Relief Association to-day that the authorities of the British War Relief Organisation had been consulted by Mr L. O. A. Tripp and Colonel Stewart with reference to the possibility of funds being available, for the assistance of Imperial ex-soldiers in New Zealand, hut that there are only slight hopes of a grant being made for them.
