ORDER TO GERMAN PRESS REICHSTAG TIRE TRIAL. PRISONER’S STORY OF CHAINS (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) Received 1.50 p.m. to-day. BERLIN, Sept. 25. The German Press has been instructed to suppress Torgler’s reference to chains at the Reichstag fire trial and merely to say he proclaimed his innocence.
