BRASS BANDS’ CONTEST
MAY BE AT WELLINGTON
FEBRUARY ASSEMBLY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Sept. 25. The president of the New Zealand Brass Bands’ Association, Mr H D. Bennett, stated today that the next contest was now likely to take place at Wellington in February. An application had been received from Y anganui, but he thought the venue would be Wellington.
