The prominent Prussian State attorneys Dr Tochler and Dr Bender, rise Dr Herman, of the Prussian Ministry of Justice, who formerly .conducted political prosecutions, have been sent to a concentration camp, accusjed or over-zealous prosecution of Hitlerites and undue leniency to “criminals of a former regime.” . . The well-known South German judge Fischer has been sent to the Stuttgart concentration camp for refusing to give the Hitler salute in court, as prescribed by the new regulations.
