MORE SHIPBUILDING
TIMELY OLYMPIA EXHIBITION. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 8. The shipping and machinery exhibition which has opened at Olympia, London, despite the depressing conditions in that industry for so long, is an extremelv healthy and progressive display. “ It has attracted engineers from all parts of the -world, and is expected to prove an impetus toward trade recovery, which from numerous signs appears to be on its way. Conditions are certainly improving in the shipyards, and last month was tho best of the year on the Clyde where five new ships were launched and orders for seven others received. Similar conditions are reported from the Tyne and other shipyards.
