AMERICAN OIL MILLIONAIRE. SILENCE CONCERNING RANSOM. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) NEW YORK. July 31. A message from Oklahoma- City states that according to an announcement from the Urschel home early today Mr Charles Urschel, the kidnapped oil millionaire, has been -released. Mr Urschel is in good health after nine davs in captivity. He d;il not say if a ransom }>ad been paid. Mr Urschel was seized at his home on the night of July 22 by two armed men.
