AIR CONTROL PROPOSALS
DISARMAMENT CONFERENCE
COMMITTEE TO INQUIRE.

RUGBY, Feb. 17. Following yesterday’s discussion of the British air proposals in the general committee of tiie Disarmament Conference a special air committee containing -representatives of 18 Powers will begin work on Monday under the chairmanship of Senor Madariaga. The president of rhe conference, Mr A. Henderson, expressed the hope that the committee would finish the work in two weeks.
