JUDGMENTS FOR DEG f In the following undefended civil cases at the Opunake Court- yesterday judgment was given f-or plaintiff bv default with costs by Blr W. H. Woodward, S.BI. : Taranaki Hospital Board v. Alfred Dobbs, £42 7s 6d; 11. W. Barraclough v. J. Emeny, £6 10s sd; Opunake Harbour Board v. Waikauri Wharemati Raupa, £26 9s 4d; J. B. Mac Ewan and. Co., Ltd. v. H. Hardwidge, £1 Is 9d; and J. M. Murphy v. Reg. King, £lO. In judgment summons case.® orders Were made as follows : Blatthew Mulligan to pay the Opunake Harbour Board £6 14s 10d forthwith, and George A. Thomas to pay the Opunake Harbour Board £8 Os lQd with costs 15s 6cl forthwith, the default in each ease to be seven days’ imprisonment, the warrants to be suspended on payment of 10s month. H. Pickering was ordered to pay Hector Parkes- £8 3s 6d with costs losi 6d forthwith, in default seven days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended on payment of 10s a week. J. Litehwarlc appeared and wa.s examined in respect to a judgment summons for £2 10s issued by B. F. Bowman, for whom’ Blr. O. O. Edmonds appeared. The magistrate made an order for the payment of the amount forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment, the warrant to- be .suspended on payment of 2s a week.
