JAPANESE BUY CANADIAN. STATE LEAVING BUSINESS. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) Received 2.10 p.m to-day • VANCOUVER, Jan'. 30. The Government passed out of shipping on the Pacific to-day when the Canadian Winner and the Canadian Ranger were taken over by Japanese crews and were started for Japan. The million-dollar Government docks here were sold to Hull and Blythe, English interests exporting Scottish coal.
