The High Court of Hyderabad State •sentenced a man convicted of the murder of a lawyer ait Tu.Tajpur to 12 months’ imprisonment and imposed; a fine of £ls. after which lie was publicly beheaded with a -sword. Five others were imprisoned and fined. Two were acquitted. . •
