Daladier succeeds in forming a Ministry he will almost certainly face the same difficulties and fall in the same way as his predecessors. Talk of a dictatorship everywhere in France indicates deep discontent and unrest. Demonstrations have occurred in the provinces and police cordons were broken by angry mobs.
