BODYLINE BOWLING PROTEST board"'considers redly. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) SYDNEY, Jan. 30. Members of the Cricket Board of Control from all States except Western Australia assembled in camera at a special meeting to-dav to consider .'lie Marylebone Club’s reply to the Board’s cable protesting against bodylme bowling. The meeting lasted all day, after which tlpe chairman, Mr Robertson, announced that there would he no statement mads to the Press. It is understood that a cable has been sent to the M.C.C., but the contents cannot even be surmised. The Victorian and Queensland delegates left for home to-night.
