Cooke, who is at present in New Zealand, is said to be anxious to yuay with Balmain, and provided satisfactory arrangements are made, he will be a member of the team next year. His presence will make an enormous difference to the Balmain team, for he is regarded as the cleverest attacking three-quarter in New Zealand.”
