RETAIL TRADE AT HOME
SLIGHT DECLINE RECORDED. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Jan. 26. Returns relating to the retail traae prepared by the Incorporated Association of Retail Distributors and the Bank of England show that the money value of sales in December was only 1 per cent, below that of December, 1931. The decline is the smallest since January, 1931. , „ ~ The total of sales in tlfe 11 months from February to December was 4 per cent, below that for the corresponding period of 1931.
