After -seven weeks of adjournment the second session of the twentyfourth Parliament, resumed this afternoon. e After the customary tributes to toimer legislators who died during tne recess the House will adjourn until tomorrow when it is possible the Government will submit an jqtline of j-s policy to meet the demands ot tne economic situation.
LABOUR PARTY CAUCUS NO-CONFIDENCE MOTION. INTENTION IN HOUSE. PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS, Jan. 26. The Labour Party held a caucus this morning. Interviewed afterwaids Mr H E Holland stated there would be a vote of no-confidence ..from the Opposition and the party intended to oppose the Government not only on the exchange question, hut on other economic questions. OPPOSITION TO POLICY. REQUEST TO PARNELL MEMBER. WELLINGTON, Jan. 26. 'When a report of his election committee which requested him to oppose the Government on the exchange issue was referred to him.
