BURGLARY NEAR HAMILTON. PAIR CAUGHT - RED-HANDED. IBy Telegraph—Press Association.) HAMILTON, Nov. 17. Charles Gwvnne Yates, aged 62, and his son, Percival Charles Yates, aged 29, who were caught red-handed by the owner in liis residence at Claudelands on Saturday, appeared for sentence in' the Supreme Court at Hamilton to-day. The elder mail was sentenced to two years’ and the son to 18 months’ hard labour for breaking, entering and theft.
