The facts are these: While riding pillion I got. involved in a motor accident between a lorry and the motor-cycle my companion and I were riding, resulting in my back being badly injured, while I suffered from violent headaches. After being' incapacitated for some time in Hawera hospital I have been under treatment by a local medical practitioner, who, together with you, is responsible for my present state of health. An X-Ray photo taken shows a fractured vertebrae. I was advised this. That was four months ago, and although it is not so strong as before the accident I feel confident it will ultimately be as strong as ever.
