Dear Sir, —On the eve of leaving Hawera I would like to express gratitude for your assistance in a time of need. The facts are these: While riding pillion I got involved in a motor accident between a lorry and the motor-cycle my companion and I were riding,, resulting in my back being badly injured, while I suffered from violent headaches. After being* incapacitated for some time in Hawera hospital I have been under treatment by a local medical practitioner, who, together with you, is responsible for ray present state of health. An X-Ray photo taken show's a fractured vertebrae. I was advised this. That was four months ago, and although it is not so strong as before the accident I feel confident it wiU ultimately be as strong as ever. I may add I have been totally free from heada cites‘for the past two months. Trust-1 ing this letter may be of use to you in vour practice.—l am, yours gratefully, 1 F. H.
