UNEMPLOYMENT. The unemployment figures for the Opunake district, for the month end--in£r August 31 indicate that very little improvement was made over the previous month. A total of 110 men are employed throughout the under No. 4A scheme, whilst under No. 5 scheme 1 6 men are employed. ■. ' , The No o men are employed bv the County Council, Town Board, Power Board' and several are on the ‘ over the fence’ ’ scheme.
