WORK OF PREPARATION COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES (British Official Wireless.) Received 12.50 p.m. to-day. RUGBY, Sept. 2. After consultation between the Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, the president of the organising committee of the preparatory commission for the world economic conference and Sir Eric Drummondi, Secretary-General or the League of Nations, an agreemenT) was reached regarding the nominations of three financial and three economic members' to the preparatory commission. In addition the preparatory commission, which will probably meet at Geneva in October, will consist or two representatives each of the great Powers, including the United States, and two nominated by the Bank for International Settlements.
