CANADIAN INCREASE SUGGESTED (United Presa Aseo:tatlmi—By Elootrlc Trfegra Copyright.) OTTAWA, Sept. 1. It is understood that the duty on United States coal will be increased from 40 cents to 60 cents to benefit Welsh coal under the Ottawa Ooimvenee treaty.
