WATERS STILL RISING LOW-LYING AREAS INUNDATED. GRAVE ANXIETY OF SETTLERS MANY MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Oocyricht.) Received 11.15 a.m. to-day. SYDNEY, Sept. 3. With the exception of Albury and Perth the Murray Riiver flood position is becoming easier. Low-lying areas around Albury were inundated yesterday and the water is still rising. The gauge at the Hume weir showed the water to, be six feet three inches above the spillway, this being 15 inches above the 1931 Hood level. The water is still rising. Settlers along the river ire alarmed and many have shifted to higher ground. /
