GOOD PRICES FOR HEREFORDS
PROGENY OF IMPORTED STOCK. AVERAGE SALE AT 43 GUINEAS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) GISBORNE, Sept, 3. At a sale of Polled Hereford hulls, the progeny of stock recently imported from America, two were bought for Australia. The prices averaged 43 guineas and ranged to 60 guineas. This was the first -sale of this class of stock held in New Zealand.
