OWNER SECURES DAMAGES WELLINGTON COURT CASE (By Telegraph—Press Asscciaticn.) WELLINGTON, July 27. Accordingly the counter-claim, in which Sir Kenneth sued Gray for £lO 11s 6d, representing the value of u. horse wh; c J n had died while 'being broken' in, was successful, Mr T. B. McNeil, S.M., giving judgment for the full amount with costs. It was alleged that Gray negligently and wnsfcilfutMy handled and managed the horse, with the result that it was strangled.
