MOTUROA DEPEATS PIRATES.
ALBION BEATS’ 'CALEDONIONS
I n a Duff Cup Association football fixture at New Plymouth on Saturday Moturoa beat Pirates by six goals to one. The first spell was even, but in the second half Moturoa dominated the game. The scorers for Moturoa were Harris '(3)', iShippey, Anderson, and 'Christiansen. White scored for Pirates. Albion beat ’Caledonians by four goals to two in a particularly fast, open game in which the issue was in doubt until the final whistle.
