The rateable value of the County of London is nearly £60,000,000, of winch £10,804,000 belongs to the City of AYestminster. The ratable value of the City of London is £8,767,000. AVhen the inhabitants of TruhlaJ, the British island in the AVest Indies, were recently given the right to divorce they sent a delegate to London to protest against having this privilege.
