PRESIDENT’S SUDDEN ACTION TRIO TO RULE GERMANY HUGE DEFICIT FOR YEAR. OYER EIGHTY-FOUR MILLIONS. (United Press Association—Sy Electric Telegraph Copyright.) BERLIN, June 2. Herr von Papan has formed a Cabinet without consulting the Reichstag, acting solely on the President’s approval. The Centre Party decided to vote against, the' Government, as a result of which President von Hindenburg is dissolving the House to-morrow without even troubling to convene it. Germany will be ruled by the President-, Hen- von Papan and Herr Schleicher, Minister of Defence. A deficit of £84,560,000 is disclosed for the year ended on March 31.
