REFUNDS OF SUPERANNUATION
EX-TRAMWAY STRIKER’S
SIXTY VOLUNTEERS ENGAGED

CHRISTCHURCH, June 2. Twenty-live, ex-strikers who have lost their positions with the tramways have received refunds of superannuation aggregating £1728, or £69 apiece. In all 52 ex-strikers lost their positions and 60 volunteers are now .permanently engaged.
