CLEARANCE AT WHARF. WELLINGTON PROCEDURE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 25. Tn future inter-colonial vessels arriving at Wellington will be cleared by the health authorities at the wharf as at Auckland instead of in the stream.
