TRIBUTES TO WOMAN FLYER
LONDON LUNCHEON RECEPTION. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 23. Mrs. Earhart Putman, isolo flier of the Atlantic, received an enthusiastic reception when she attended a luncheon which the Institute of Journalists arranged in her honour and that of the American Ambassador, Mr. Andrew Mellon. The airwoman sat between Sir John Foreign Minister, and Mr. Mellon .and talked with animation of her experiences on the flight.
