LONDON, May 23. In the House of Commons Sir John Gilmour, Minister of Agriculture, replying to a question said he was aware that some Devon producers had to withhold supplies from the butter owing to heavy New Zealand imports. Asked what action was being taken to secure the British market for Home producers, Sir John replied: “That is a matter for consideration at Ottaw a. I cannot anticipate the decision of the conference there.”
