ANOTHER USE FOR O-TIS. As well as providing a most appetising and energising hot breakfast. Diamond O-tis makes delicious Scotch scones. These are the ingredients: 1 teacupful O-tis, 1 small spoonful salt, 2 tablespoons melted butter and a little milk, ?> teacupfuls flour, 1 teaspoonful carbonate of soda. Mix O-tis, flour, soda and salt together, and pour in melted butter. Mix with the milk, not, too firm, roll out on a floured board about 1 inch thick. Stamp out and bake on a floured tray in a moderate oven for 10 to 15 minutes. —Advt.
