HAWEiUA club. I MEDAL BOUND CONTINUED. Ideal •weather prevailed in llawera on Saturday, and again yesterday for matches played under the auspices of the Hawera Golf Cluh at Fairfield links. The medal round competition commenced on Wednesday was continued on Saturday and lower handicap' men again filled the first few places. The following were the results:

The Eltham Ladies’ Golf Club L.G.U. medal round was won by Miss L. Bitter with a card of 106—24 —82. Others cards were: Miss A. Wilson 98—12—86, Mrs. L. Quin 113—26—87, Mrs. Fisher 114—24—90, Mrs. M.
