LIMITATION' FROM CANADA. CONGRESS MEASURE DEFEATED (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) j WASHINGTON, March 4. The 71st Congress was adjourned today. Among the measures which fell by the wayside was the Jenkins .Immigration Bill seeking to* provide for a general cut of 90 per cent, in immigration and to* the limit annual entries from Canada for two years to 4125. .The Billl encountered unexpected opposition and died after being passed by the House.
