FACTORY BUTTER STOLEN
MAN PLACED ON PROBATION. RECEIVER HEAVILY FINED. 'Ry Telegraph—Press Association.) MASTERTON, March 5. In the Supreme Court this morning, on a charge of stealing butter from the Mauriceville Dairy Factory, Arthur Henry Palmer was placed on probation for three years. On a charge of having received the butter, Andrew Wedderspoon was fined £IOO, plus the costs of the prosecution, payaole in instalments of £5 per month, in default six months’ imprisonment with hard labour.
