SENTENCES AT AUCKLAND. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Feb. 23. In the Supreme Court the following prisoners were sentenced : Herbert Williams, aged 22, and Morris Weston. aged 18. breaking and entering near To Awamutu, lrotli two years Borstal treatment; Frederick Charles O’Connor, breaking and entering at Hamilton, two years’ reformative detent ion. ITir<ii Mokai (Whakatcine), for attempted rape and breaking ancj entering, was sentenced to five T e! ' ls hard labour. The police reported that accused was a menace to all native women. Jack Hana, agfcd 24 (Rotorua), for breaking , entering and theft, was sentenced to two years’ hard labour.
