LOCK-OUT TO END
LANCASHIRE MILLS DISPUTE. (United Press Association—By Eloctric Telegraph Copyright). LONDON, Feb. 13. In view of the anxiety that the stoppage would adversely affect the Cotton Exhibition at tho British Industries Fair, the cotton null employers have agreed to withdraw their lock-out notices and work will lie resumed on Monday. The Lancashire lock-out affects 200,000 and has been in force since January 10. Action was taken by employers because the workers refused to accept an increase in tho number of looms to be operated by each weaver.
