RANGITIKEI RACING CLUB. ANNUAL RAGE MEETING. The Rangitikei Racing Club’s annual meeting will In: held on Wednesday and Thursday, .March 4 and 5, and this year’s programme presents several new features. Seven races are curded eaeli day-, two of which are open events. A hurdle race figures on the first day’s programme, and a high-weight (for horses which at the time of entry have completed three times a steeplechase or hurdle race, and arc eligible for back Hat races) on the second day. The Maiden Stakes and the Novice Stakes will both he* open tor two-year-olds this year. Admission charges have been reduced to 7/6 for men and 2/6 for ladies, land the ten-shilling totalisator will operate both inside and outside, both of which features should popularise the gathering.
