STRANDED STEAMERS
TUG SENT FROM BATAVIA. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) FREMANTLE, Feb. 12. A tug is being sent from Batavia to Point Coates to try to tow off the standed steamer Shunsei Mara, which is holed in the bows. The other stranded vessel the Glivtfuku Alaru, is likely to be abandoned. Three Japanese freighters, which are standing by, are unlikely to venture inside the reef, hence the order for the tug. _________________
