GOVERNMENT FILES CLAIMS. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Oopy right.) Received 12.30 p.m. to-day. BRISBANE, Feb. 10. The statement of claim by the Crown in the Mungana case- Inis been delivered to the solicitors for Messrs Theodore, McCormack, Goddard and Reid. It lias also lodged a iile at the supreme Court. it is understood that the main claim is for £30,030 damages against all defendants.
