Mademoiselle Jeanne Juilla, a twenty-year-old French beauty, won the title of Miss Europe from beauty queens representing sixteen. nations. Germany was second, and Miss Betty Mason, a twenty-three-year-old English girl, was third. Jeane is a tall, slim brunette with bluish-green eyes. She was first selected by a Gascony jury, and elected to represent France from 350 candidates.
