Hooper was fined £1 with 12s costs. For riding a motor cycle without a license. H. J. England was fined £2. with 15s costs, and for his failure to rrovide foot-rests when carrvino- a pas-i semrer on the pillion seat of his machine was ordered to pay His costs. A fine of £2. with 15s costs, was imposed on -J. Al. Murphy for driving a car without a license; and for cutting tin* corner at the intm-e.section of the Mountain Hoad and Stafford Street Normanbv. lie was fined £l. with 10s costs. D. Daislev was fined 10s. with, 10s costs, for riding a motor-cycle without a rear-light. TRANSFER OF LICENSE, A fine of £1 with 10s costs was imposed on D. Hannah for delivering a rifle to C. S. Hitchcock when the latter had no police premit to possess a rifle. Hitchcock was also fined £l, with 10s costs for procuring the rillc without a permit.
